SHIPPING AND RETURN

Shipping within New Zealand

Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (NZD). All New Zealand orders are dispatched from the BADDA warehouse in Auckland.

Orders placed between 9am-4pm Monday – Thursday (NZT) are processed on the same day and dispatched the next working day. The orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day and dispatched on the business day after.

Deliveries made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday (NZT) by ARAMEX or NZ Post. Deliveries to the Auckland region within 1-3 business days after your order is dispatched. North Island delivered within 2-4 business days after order is dispatched. South Island delivered within 3-7 business days after your order is dispatched.

*Some rural deliveries may take longer. Deliveries during holiday season may take longer due to high holiday volume and courier guidelines. Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

 Rest of World

 BADDA do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of New Zealand.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

 Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.

Change of delivery address after order is placed.

As soon as your purchase is complete, we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
please email hello@badda.co.nz and we will do our best to assist if your order has not already been dispatched.
