Shipping within New Zealand

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 NZD on all orders, and complimentary shipping on orders over $100 NZD. All orders are thoughtfully packaged and dispatched from the BADDA studio in Auckland.

Orders placed between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Thursday (NZST), are processed the same day and dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day and dispatched the business day after.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, via Aramex or NZ Post. 
• Auckland Region: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• North Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• South Island: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
*Note: Rural deliveries and holiday periods may require additional time. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

BADDA does not currently offer international shipping outside of New Zealand.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. To eligible for a return, the matte zip pouch must remain unopened and completely sealed, with all items, including the complimentary wicks, intact and in their original condition. The original packaging and order confirmation must be included.

Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing. We cannot refund postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@badda.co.nz .

DAMAGED ITEMS

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If any damage has occurred to the products inside during transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION & ADDRESS CHANGES

You may cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please email hello@badda.co.nz as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch.
