Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly are pearled wax candles?

It is a granulated wax made from natural components. Instead of traditional pillar candles, we pour these clean wax pearls into luxury glass vessels and insert a wick. It burns perfectly clean, without toxic smoke, and leaves zero messy wax drops on tables.

Are these candles safe for venues with strict fire codes?

Completely. We use granulated wax made from natural components inside glass vessels. No dripping wax, no smoke, and no ruined furniture.

They are self-extinguishing—the flame goes out instantly if knocked over or if the vessel breaks. Venue does not allow open flame? We provide premium LED wicks instead, maintaining our flawless luxury aesthetic.

Do you offer coloured wax?

We focus on our signature, timeless off-white pearled wax to maintain our core "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic. However, specific colour requests for unique brand concepts or custom events can be discussed upon custom request.

Can you handle large-scale events?

Yes. We offer three ready-to-book packages on our site for quick plans, but our core expertise is custom, large-scale installations. We design layouts for grand venues, vineyards, and historic estates of any size.

What locations do you cover?

We are based in Auckland and proudly service the entire North Island. For high-end celebrations and luxury retreats on the South Island, we accommodate travel and on-site styling upon custom request.

What sizes of candle displays do you provide?

We curate multi-dimensional landscapes using a wide variety of premium glass vessel sizes, ranging from 10cm minimalist tabletop layouts to grand 1-meter-high floor installations, tailoring the geometry perfectly to your venue.

How long do the candles burn?

Our installations provide a minimum burn time of 8+ hours. For longer celebrations, we custom-tailor the setup to ensure your living light stays flawless and vibrant until the very last guest leaves.

Can I buy only the candle pearls, or can I buy the glass vessels too?

You can absolutely buy our premium pearled wax directly from our online store for your home rituals. candle pearls for home candle pearls

However, we do not sell our professional event glass vessels. For events, our vessels are provided strictly as part of our full-service hire. Special B2B design requests regarding glass sourcing can be discussed upon custom request.

Do you offer self-collection and drop-off?

No. To guarantee the absolute perfection and safety of our installations, we do not offer self-collection for events. Our Auckland-based team fully manages the entire journey: from transport and on-site setup to next-day pack-down. T&Cs apply to all bookings.
